A FUSION OF PLAY AND PHYSICAL LITERACY

Physical Literacy is more than just being involved in sports and Play is not only about having fun, it’s learning a multitude of skills.  Now if we are to blend these two concepts together, we have the best combination possible to get children motivated to move.

During this workshop, we will delve into what physical literacy is, who it’s for and its benefits, and we will investigate how it aligns with play.  We then take this knowledge and put it to practical use playing games that develop fundamental movement skills, fire up the imagination and create connections.
